• Custom products are made specifically to your preferences and may take varying production times depending on design and material availability.
• Please confirm all order details before payment. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Training fees must be paid in full before class commencement.
• Fees are non-refundable, but in case of rescheduling, your slot can be moved to the next available class.
